Originally established as an upscale suburban getaway from busy Chicago life, Hyde Park soon found itself swallowed up by the growing city. In 1891, the University of Chicago was established there. Its symbol is a Phoenix rising from ashes. In 1893, Hyde Park hosted the World's Columbian Exposition.

1.5" Square Magnet.

Designed and produced by Transit Tees in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood.
