Please allow up to 48 business hours from the placement of your order for processing.

In Store Pickup is available from both the Wicker Park and Andersonville locations.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date of unused and unworn products. If you would like to return/ exchange an order please reach out to contact@transittees.com and we'll let you know how to get that started!

If you ordered the wrong item or change your mind:

We will refund the purchase price (minus shipping costs) as long as the item is returned in its original condition.

If tracking says your package was delivered but you never got it:

Once a package leaves our store we are no longer responsible. Please file a claim directly with USPS. Claims can only be filed for packages where Priority Mail Service was purchased.

If it was our mistake and we sent the wrong item or size:

We'll happily exchange the item at no cost to you.

 

Custom Printing & Design

Transit Tees can print your custom t-shirts, hoodies, and more. If you are interested, please go to our quote request page and complete the request form. We will respond within 48 hours with a price quote.

Acceptable Artwork Formats:

Graphics for screen printing should be submitted as a vector art files (eps, pdf, ai) and scaled to actual size. 

Low-resolution images pulled from the web are not detailed enough for t-shirt printing.

Artwork Size:

The usual maximum size for t-shirt graphics is 13"W x 19"H. Oversized art is acceptable for an additional fee.

Is there a minimum quantity?

Yes, our minimum quantity is 144 garments. Screen printing is a process that requires set-up and manual labor. At this time, we do not offer one-off printing services.

Can you screen print a photo onto a t-shirt?

Yes. However, this requires an additional color separation process and fee. The minimum order for color separation jobs is 256 units.

Do you use Pantone matching?

Yes! For the most accurate color representation, we recommend using Pantone colors when creating your artwork.
