The Chicago stars represent four distinct events in Chicago's history: Fort Dearborn, The Great Chicago Fire, The World's Columbian Exposition, and the Century of Progress Exposition. These are not medical grade masks or intended to be used for medical purposes and we are unable to verify the efficacy of our masks due to the wide variation of applications. A mask is better than no mask at all and should be only a piece of any risk reduction strategy. Our masks are intended for limited duration usage when disposable alternatives are not available. Remove if damp and clean immediately after each usage. Avoid touching mask while using it. Do not use a mask if you are having difficulty breathing. Our masks do not seal to the face and therefore do not provide respiratory protection against airborne diseases. For that purpose, a respirator is required. Our masks should not be used (1) in any surgical setting or where significant exposure to liquid, bodily or other hazardous fluids, may be expected; (2) in a clinical setting where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high; or (3) in the presence of a high intensity heat source or flammable gas. Transit tees, Ecocentric, Ltd DBA Kastlfel and the Denver print House makes no warranties, either express or implied, that the mask prevents infection or the transmission of viruses or diseases.
